Yes. UHF NEXUS works with active pickups, but very hot active or piezo outputs can overload the transmitter input. If that happens, lower the instrument volume slightly. If you want dedicated input-level control for active, piezo, or high-output instruments, SonikSphere NEO includes a built-in -10dB PAD. The Air-Pocket transmitter holster is useful for recessed or awkward jacks and secure strap mounting.
Does it change my tone?
Active or buffered instruments should feel very cable-like. Passive pickups may sound slightly darker at the very top end.
