Returns & Refunds Policy

We appreciate your support. If you need to make a return or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Returns are 100% FREE for US customers, which means we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send back the item. For non-US customers, self-return options vary - contact us for assistance.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the box or item is damaged, or if parts of the item are missing.

Please be aware that if it has been over 30 days since you received your item(s), we are unable to accept your return.

If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to refund or replace the item within 30 days of receipt. Please send us a video of the item to support@cablefreeguitar.com and one of our customer service team members will respond within 24 business hours.

For US orders, the shipping cost for returns is 100% free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply submit the package at your local post office and wait for it to arrive. We will refund or exchange your purchase upon receipt. Please note that only the first-time return is free and paid by CFG. If you require a second-time return for any reason, the cost will be borne by the customer.

Important: All prepaid return labels issued by us must be used within 28 days of being issued. If the label isn’t used within that time, it will be automatically voided without notice, and the return will no longer be possible since the return period will have expired.

Refunds cover the product price only; any original shipping costs (if applied) are non-refundable.

Discounted Purchases:
Products purchased at a discount of 25% or greater are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse. This policy does not affect your rights regarding defective or damaged items. Warranty-related claims for faulty or defective items will still be honored in accordance with our standard warranty terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
