Which CFG strap should I choose?
Choose ZERO-G Pro if you want the most durable 3.5" comfort strap, upgraded materials, and lifetime warranty. Choose the regular Zero-Gravity strap if you want the classic 3.5" comfort design with more color options. Choose Zero-Gravity SLIM if you want the same comfort idea in a lower-bulk 2.5" pad.
How do I choose the right strap size?
Measure your current strap from button hole to button hole while it is adjusted the way you like it. Then match that number to the size range. ZERO-G Pro comes in Small 39-47" and Large 47-63". Gen-1 comes in Small 42-48" and Large 49-63". SLIM comes in Small 42-49" and Large 50-66".
Do CFG Zero-Gravity straps work with bass and acoustic guitars?
Yes. The guitar and bass Zero-Gravity straps are made for electric guitar, bass, and many acoustic setups. All models also include a headstock lace for acoustics without a front strap button. If you play banjo, use the dedicated Zero-Gravity Banjo Strap, which adjusts from 52-68".
Should I use StrapSure or silicone strap locks?
Use StrapSure if you want a metal quick-release strap lock system with replacement strap buttons. Use silicone strap locks if you want a simple tool-free washer-style option that fits over most existing strap buttons. Important: StrapSure is not for guitars where the rear strap button is also an acoustic-electric output jack or any non-removable pin.
What warranty do CFG straps include?
ZERO-G Pro includes a lifetime warranty against defects. The regular Zero-Gravity strap, Zero-Gravity SLIM, banjo strap, StrapSure locks, and silicone strap locks include CFG’s standard 2-year warranty. You also get 30-day returns or exchanges, with free prepaid returns for eligible US orders.
