That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on all CFG products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, and includes free repair or replacement of any product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your CFG product, simply contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you. Our team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, and if necessary, provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. If your product has been damaged due to any of these reasons, we may still be able to repair it for a fee. The Warranty does not cover batteries or USB ports, unless faulty from the beginning.

At CFG - Cable Free guitar, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping and delivery experience for our customers. We offer shipping to most major countries, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
All orders placed with CFG will ship from our Dallas, TX facility.
For customers in the USA, estimated delivery time is typically 2-4 business days, with the exception of Hawaii which may take 10-20 days to arrive.
In Canada, estimated delivery time is 6-10 business days.
Shipments anywhere else on the globe can take anywhere between 7 and 21 business days to be delivered.
To ensure affordability and convenience for our customers, CFG offers a flat rate shipping cost of USD5.90 for orders within the USA, and USD 15.90 for orders shipped to Canada. All other international shipments will cost USD24.90 flat rate.
FREE SHIPIPING: All orders going over USD120 will receive free shipping as a token of our appreciation.

Please note that tracking information for your order may take 1-2 days to become available after the parcel has been processed.

Returns & Refunds Policy:
We appreciate your support. If you need to make a return or exchange, you are welcome to do so within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Returns are 100% FREE for US customers, which means we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send back the item. Please note that non-US customers are not eligible for free returns, and return solutions will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the box or item is damaged, or if parts of the item are missing.
Please be aware that if it has been over 30 days since you received your item(s), we are unable to accept your return.
If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to refund or replace the item within 30 days of receipt. Please send us a video of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org, and one of our customer service team members will respond within 24 hours.
For US orders, the shipping cost for returns is 100% free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply submit the package at your local post office and wait for it to arrive. We will refund or exchange your purchase upon receipt. Please note that only the first return is free and paid by CFG. If you require a second return for any reason, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the refund will exclude the inbound shipping cost, if applied, and you will be refunded the product cost only.
We kindly remind our customers that each customer is eligible for one free return only. If you require a second return, the cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Special Policy for T-Shirts:
T-Shirt Return and Replacement Policy: At CFG, we take pride in the quality of our custom-made t-shirts, crafted by our print-on-demand partner. To ensure the utmost satisfaction for our customers, we have specific policies in place for t-shirt returns:
No Remorse Returns: Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns based on customer remorse. Please choose your products carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Faulty Products: If your t-shirt arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we are committed to replacing it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product with photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
Lost Parcels: In the rare event that your t-shirt is lost in transit, we will reship the product to you without any additional charges.
Incorrect Sizing: Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering, as we cannot offer replacements for t-shirts ordered in the wrong size. Refer to our sizing guide to help make the right choice.
