The current Covid-19 situation has thrown a spanner in the works for all of us. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to keep everyone happy.
At CFG™, the health and well-being of both the community and our employees is of the utmost importance. All employees have been trained on the proper hand washing protocol, work areas are kept clean and everyone is practicing social distancing as much as possible in the work environment.
In particular our packing and shipping department is kept separate from the rest of the facility and members of staff there are taking every precaution possible to see that your orders are packaged safely.
However, due to the pandemic, our supply chains for many of the parts and materials we need to produce our wireless systems have broken down a few times. While we are still producing as much as possible we expect there to be delays on most orders for the foreseeable future.
Any delays with your order, may not be due to dispatch but rather due to delays within the postal services. Please expect an additional 2 weeks delay between your order leaving us and arriving with you.
Depending on where you are in the world, please expect a delay of between 1 to 2 weeks on the advertised transit times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and we cannot guarantee when your parcel will arrive with you.
