I was skeptical that this strap would really make my Les Paul feel lighter but it actually works. My guitar feels great and much lighter than it used to. Worth every penny.

Greetings from Maine. Picture taken on April 1st. So, I bought a Sire ‘Marcus Miller’ V8, which by the way sounds incredible and plays amazingly well, and I knew the weight of the swamp ash body might be a factor…and it was. I stumbled upon the CFG strap online and wanted to give it a go. My shoulders are pooched after years of blue collar work, and I knew I’d need some help. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort. I ordered the large, however, the small would have been a better fit. The pic is after I made a modification shorting it. I’m 5’ 9” and 170 lbs. I highly recommend it. Just be careful of the length. On a side note, I bought the wireless system. Another great buy. Once I got the right channel dialed in with my Fender Rumble 100 it worked great. So easy to use. God bless, y’all.

I had extensive back surgery 7 weeks ago and was wondering if I would ever be able to stand and play with my band.
Saw an ad pop for the strap and figured I'd try it.
OMG! It makes my 57 reissue gold top Les Paul feel a lot lighter! It's by far the heaviest guitar in my collection.
Hopefully I'll get back with my band sooner rather than later.
Thx so much
John C.
Made a huge difference with my P&J basses, I have a bad shoulder n it’s made a big difference!!! Thank u.
Mike P.
Awesome strap! If you’re unsure about ordering one…go ahead and get one…I can’t really say anything bad about it…very comfortable takes the weight out of the guitar/bass and makes your practice or gig easier to get through.
…however, would like to see some new colors/designs.
Jean L.
Not as wonderful as advertized, but I am satisfied. I compared it to my 150$ leather strap and I admit that it is more comfortable. But far, from the reactions we see on the videos... I have 7 guitars/basses and a strap for each of them. It is the most comfortable and looks very good also. You only got 4 stars instead of 5, because I found the videos misleading and they should just talk about the increase comfort instead of an unexisting decrease of weight... it feels as heavy, but the weight repartition relieves a lot and really helps in the long run. I may buy another one as a gift to my best friend.
Jerry L.
Before this strap, I'd be reaching for the ibuprofen after 2 hours.
Since I started using the CFG strap I've been pain free at the end of 4 hours.
I love it!
Mariusz W.
Very happy so far.
Jeffrey B.
Fantastic strap. Very comfortable and soft. Makes it bearable to wear my 10 pound Les Paul.
Matthew F.
The Zero Gravity Strap makes wearing an electric guitar more comfortable. Out of the box, it smells like a burning plastic factory, but the odor dissipates after being out of the box a few days. I feel like the strap doesn't need to be as wide as it is, and frankly, it doesn't fold well for traveling. Sadly I have to leave it home if I have a gig. I love the pick holder, the pick sampler, and the cool sticker.
Pete W.
The strap performs as advertised. No shoulder stress and comfortable for hours. You'll feel the weight you need from your axe, but not pain. I recommend.
Mikko D.
At first feels kinda weird because im use to my old strap now it feels really lighter i think im gonna buy another one
Harold S.
Still some shoulder pain after an hour but very comfortable
Dwayne P.
It was too long couldn’t adjust to length I need
Bob R.
Exchanged for large. I like it.
Paul A.
I do like it. Very comfortable.
4 stars because my 1st one became faulty around the strap hole due to soft leather and stitching problems (as I was told by CFG customer service).
Excellent customer service-they sent me a replacement right away. Been 3 months now- everything looks good. Kudos to CFG for standing behind their product and fixing the problem.
Eric P.
I purchased this strap based on some videos and reviews. My main guitar is not very heavy (Taylor T-5) but I still like a wide strap and this feels very good. I also play bass and that instrument weighs a lot. I’ll use the strap for both.
Walter V G.
Good Guitar strap, comfortable as advertised. The main concern is durability, it is mainly a composite material. I have Guitar straps made of leather, that I have used for 40 years
Christian M.
Love the straps!! Ordered two of them. They are comfortable to wear and very durable. Shipping was quick and I will be ordering another set of these soon!
Edward k.
Excellent . I bought two of them.
Christopher B.
3Rd Purchase...
Waiting for the Flames to be back in stock, got a herd of basses. I'd buy more...
Michael B.
Big improvement over my Levi Leather Strap but I still get the shoulder pain just not as bad. I have a heavy 12lb Alembic Bass so any help at all is appreciated.
Robert S.
Made 4 hour gigs feel like half that.Bouggt my father one too we are both working New Orleans Musicians.Thank You!
Erik S.
I wear my bass high so your short strap is still too low. It needs to be more versatile in length.
Ok
Thomas H.
What is up with the $1.37 ascesment
Fee?
Shawn P.
It's a high quality material and easy to adjust the length. I purchased 3 so far. I will most likely buy one for each of my 11 basses.
Raybourne B.
Great strap and fits very nicely
Don V.
Awesome difference, 4 hrs wedding no problem
Kirk H.
It was wayyy too short upon receipt, I had to modify it by cutting another strap and attaching it to the bottom, however now it appears to be working if the seam holds up.
Shawn L.
The strap is lightweight and super comfy! I don’t know how they do it but it works.
Damian E.
Very cool strap. Have a gig tomorrow and I can't wait to use it on my Les Paul.
JAMES B.
This is my second purchase of a Zero Gravity Guitar Strap. I bought one for myself a couple of months ago and left a positive review about how much it helped lessen the weight of my Rickenbacker bass during the fourth set. I purchased this one for our guitar player. He was recently diagnosed with a ruptured disc in his neck (I'm blaming it on years of playing those damn Les Pauls!) :) He is not even sure what happened to his neck. He is having surgery next week and I gave him the strap a week or so ago. He played his next gig with it and said it was "Awesome, really makes a difference!". We'll be off for several weeks following his surgery, but I think (as does he) that you have another very satisfied customer. Great straps, love mine and the fourth set Rickenbacker weighs no more that the first set!
Tom T.
Put this on a big body Gretsch. Wow it is so comfortable! Probably getting a couple more of these too.
Detlef V.
Just like my previous strap, this one works great. Make my 10+ lbs LP lighter
Mike S.
1. It's super comfortable, but 2. it's so lightweight that it kinda feels cheap - I think there is a happy medium here- leather or faux leather, but with the same width and padding ?
Simone C.
It is so comfortable. I don't have shoulder pain or discomfort after long gigs. Awesome purchase. Will recommend to all my guitar & bass plant friends.
Tony B.
I came across your product on Facebook. Thought I’d give it a try. I am a Bass Player professional music Director, who plays with major recording artist, and I’ve toured major recording artist as well. I’m very satisfied with the product. I also purchased the wireless system, look forward to using it.
Jeff S.
Having a bass and one Les Paul that are rather heavy I thought I’d try these. They work as advertised and make a noticeable difference. The materials and quality are great and having a 10 lb bass around my neck for a couple sets isnt a big deal anymore. Recommended
Randal R.
Great strap! It has the width and padding in the right places to take some of the weight off of your shoulders. I highly recommend if you have a heavy guitar…this strap works!
BC C.
Best strap I've had ever. Makes my heaviest bass easy to play for hours.
Bill S.
It's OK. Not what "I myself " would call "Zero Gravity!" I actually cut off, the length adjustment section of the strap, and had my wife sew on some Buckethead style stretch strap material, in replacement. Feels much better now. But outpriced, if thats a word. I think the CFG Strap cost me around $47, Buckethead stretch strap, $20. So I have $67 in the strap, and some time and effort spent on modifications. Might buy another CFG Strap, but only if they would drop the price. Close to $50 is a little too much for something I have to modify. Or.....If CFG actually started using stretch strap material, on the adjustable end, then it would be worth it, in my opinion.
Moeefu S.
I can play my mononeon bass jazz V with no pain and feels so comfortable around my neck our last Gig it was on Saturday Mar 18, 2023 for 6 hrs and still NO Pain behind my back I recommend this straps
Timothy S.
This old chunk of coal needed this strap terribly. My ash strat gets awfully heavy.
Ah Lok ih a lawt.
I like to watch TV.
Toby S.
This strap really does take the strain off my shoulder, and I've got some fairly heavy basses. I like the look as well, very sleek. Good product!
Joseph M.
Strap is awesome. Really distributes the weight of my bass. Feels so much better than what I was using!
JAMES C.
Strap does distribute the weight very well. The downside is the strap end is made out of synthetic plastic that is already fraying where the strap knob fits through.
Jean P.
Very confortable. Instrument is well balanced. I recommend
stéphane c.
Ok good qualité!
Julien M.
Most comfortable strap ever!!!
Matthew D.
Great strap I have two now
Kaleb M.
The best strap I’ve ever owned. So comfortable for practice, long jam sessions and gigs. Thank you for making a fantastic product! :-)
Jody D.
A car wreck in 2013 caused physical pain when strapping on a guitar for live shows. Having played guitar since I was 3, this 52 year old guitarist ( at that time) learned to ice my shoulder between sets and once again when I got to hotel or home. My father (Merle Donaldson of Tex Williams legend) advised for a much wider strap.
Not much help.
Now 61 years old, I am now able to gig as much as I want to thanks To my new CFG Zero Gravity guitar strap. I thank you.
Matthew H.
Very nice, took my shoulder pain away.
Bernhard T.
Made good on my order. Great service
Eddie W.
Strap feels amazing honestly.. I enjoy music but not the shoulder pain that comes from holding your instrument....It's been eliminated and I couldn't be happier.....
Paul H.
I do like the strap very much. It is better than my old Gibson strap, but I was expecting it to feel a bit more light weight with zero gravity in the title. I play unless Paul and it is a pretty heavy electric guitar.
Like I said, it is better than my old Gibson strap, which did an adequate job, And I would say the strap does a better job but not as good as I was expecting I guess. The width of the strap helps as do the little air bubbles on the backside. All in all, it is a decent strap for the money.
blake m.
it was as described. They were all out of the flames and other ones all they had was black when I bought it.
bryce c.
the large was not the fit i need (i’m pretty short and wear my les paul pretty high), so i exchanged it for a small. the exchange process couldn’t have been easier. i am very happy with this strap. my les paul is the heaviest one i’ve ever seen, and most straps (even wide ones) aren’t that comfortable. this strap is by far the most comfortable i’ve ever used with this guitar. as i have quite a few guitars and basses, i see myself getting more of these; they do make a difference.
Richard E.
Very comfortable, well padded, nice leather with great support for a heavy axe! Thank You!!!
Jesse W.
Comfortable and well made! Does it’s job well.
Doug T.
The only regret I have with my guitar strap is that I should have ordered a short strap. The long strap just needed a slight adjustment with a needle and thread… otherwise I love the comfort of it…
Christopher S.
Where did the weight go? Do yourself a favor and only get these straps from now on. That’s what I’m going to do.
Aaron E.
After 30 years of waiting and searching, I have found the perfect strap! The strap creates a fantastic balance and support, while the "arcane magic" of this strap makes the weight "go away"!
David S.
I do like this strap, although the hype isn't real in my opinion. I didn't really notice much of a difference while wearing this strap. The hype says you will fell a HUGE weight reduction I just didn't. The quality is OK and it is pretty comfortable but I will stick with my Levy straps. Sorry guys, I wished it was as advertised.
Neil M.
I've had many surgeries on my neck and shoulder so it was hard for me to wear a strap holding the guitar after I got the drop from your company it was having I felt it was like literally air no pressure on my shoulder or neck
Christopher B.
Bought 3, one was gift.
Needed to exchange for small size, no problems. Fast delivery, straps are quality product.
Only negative...used 10% off code, never worked.
Might buy another, wanted flames, out of stock.
Linda N.
It looks sharp and my guitar doesn't pull on my shoulder anymore. I am very satisfied!
Kent C.
I love the way it fits and distributes the weight. It’s comfortable and it looks great !
John S.
Nice strap and does alleviate some of the weight and was very comfortable to wear for a gig. Anti gravity is a bit of a stretch..lol but it does help bear a nice portion of the weight. Anyone with back problems or playing a weighty instrument should find it beneficial. I like it. I Play a Ric bass. Recommend.
Ronald L.
Bought the Zero-Gravity strap to use with my very heavy custom fretless. I love my fretless, but don't play it much due to its weight. This strap allows me to play my fretless with comfort. Excellent strap!!!
Joseph B.
These are wonderful. Have them on all my electric basses. I know I don't NEED that many but damn, they are comfortable.
Scott C.
I used it on my double neck Cheap Trick guitar called Uncle Dick because it is so heavy. Worked like a champ! Now I can use that guitar for more than three songs. The people love to see it!
randy b.
Love using it , it really takes weight off
sam s.
Great strap... takes the weight from your shoulders and lessens the pain in uour neck from heavier guitars. I gig three times per week. Yhis has been a game changer for me
Michael M.
The 59 custom shop Les Paul is my heaviest guitar. This strap is the most comfortable strap I’ve ever owned!
Robert L.
Great product and I was very surprised
Marco D.
Product is as advertised. Works great, feels great. Money well spent.
René H.
I love this strap, I have two. I just received my second. The one pictured is the first I purchased through your ad on Facebook a while ago. It was God sent. I suffered an injury to my shoulder years ago, and the discomfort has resurfaced, causing numbness to my fingers when playing. I replaced both of my bass guitars with lighter ones and implented your straps. The change has made a world of a difference. So much so that I have recomended it to many.
Thank you CFG!
Best Regards,
René B Herrera

I have been playing guitar for over 60 years. I've gone from touring and playing 6 nights a week to now playing one hour gigs in seniors residences. Over this time, I've developed arthritis in my left shoulder which made it painful to play for even that one hour. I ordered the strap influenced by the internet videos. It arrived nicely boxed, with a discount card for my next purchase and some picks which I appreciated. The strap performed as advertised. I used it on my latest performance yesterday and had no pain while playing and was more relaxed. An additional benefit was my singing was improved as I didn't hunch my shoulders to relieve the pain and so my singing was less strained. My guitar was a Strat which is not too heavy anyway but felt lighter to play. I also have a Godin LGX which is heavier than the Strat and I will be able to resume playing that now. Thanks for making this strap available. It has extended my live performance life and I am grateful!
Robert C.
I love, love, love this strap. I really does what it claims. I have a Epiphone Les Paul with a solid body. It is a bit heavy however with this strap it is ideal!!! I have a couple of other guitars which I will refit with this strap! I will be telling all my musician friends about this!! Thanks for advertising this.
Clyde J.
This was a gift for a friend.
He loves it.
Shane S.
It’s comfortable but if I’m being honest I can’t tell that big of a difference on the weight bearing aspect as advertised.
I play a P-Bass.
I preferred the longer strap and I do have a belly but wish it was longer so my bass sat a little lower.
Pat C.
Purchased The Zero Gravity Strap with a tongue in cheek.
I recently purchased a heavier bass than I had been playing in the past.
I didn't think ANYTHING could make this Fender Jazz comfortable....
Played my fist gig with it on Saturday.... I LOVE THIS STRAP!!!
Anyone THINKING they may want to "lighten their load" needs one of these straps!!!
Brian B.
didn't make a bit of difference in the weight of a warick V.
Patrick G.
The most comfortable strap ever. Plus it has a pick holder which is a nice touch. I have three of these straps. We all know guitars get heavy when your playing but this strap seems to distribute the weight differently and I can play longer with no pain.
John W.
Relieves most of the strain of a MM Stingray during long sets. Seems week made.
Ethan C.
Strap works well and came with complimentary rubber strap locks, which was a nice bonus.
conor c.
The sizing is a bit confusing as a broad man I figured the large would fit adults and the small would be more for teens. The large is too large even with the bucked tightened all the way.
marc g.
Great we love them
john j.
very comfortable great!!!!!
Phil H.
Haven’t used it enough to really give it a better review. But so far it’s been good
Rory K.
I have some heavy guitars that I enjoy playing. Due to my back problems I have experimented with many straps over the years. I recently ordered the CFG and tested with my heaviest guitars. I find it to be very comfortable and it eases the pressure on my back and shoulders. Of the many straps I have tried I like this one the best.
Ronald H.
Very lightweight...my bass feels so different now when i play...great on my shoulders and neck! This is a lifesaver!
Robert S.
Actually works for weight distribution!
Troy M.
Light, Fluffy, and durable! I have used the leather straps most of my playing years (25 or better) and thought that there should always be something that works better. Found It! Makes my Les Paul Doable for an entire night with my wireless transmitter attached to it. Comfortable to say the least. If I had to compare it to anything in the car world I would say that its a Lamborghini with air ride. Quality built and sturdy. I would recommend this to any guitar player!! Hands Down The Very Best!!! Great price also...
Arch A.
After seeing many ads for the CFG zero-gravity strap, I thought I'd take a chance and I'm glad I did. It makes a noticeable difference with my 5-string P bass. Zero gravity might be a little far, but it does seem to be more balanced and evenly distributed. I've been letting friends feel it at gigs and they are also surprised.
